Darrell Fay is Co-Founder of Biotech International Institute, where he supports research-stage platform development, strategic partnerships, medicinal plant science, product education, and translational planning.

Since 2015, Darrell has been actively involved in medicinal cannabis research, education, and product development. His journey began after obtaining one of Canada’s ACMPR licenses, which led him into a deeper study of cannabinoid science, patient-centered applications, formulation concepts, and responsible therapeutic education.

Darrell is also the Founder of ZeroHigh Cannabis Solutions, established in 2019, where his work has focused on cannabis education, non-intoxicating cannabinoid approaches, product development, and practical wellness applications. His background includes a Master’s Certificate in Cannabis from Cannabis Training University, a Cannabis Health Specialist diploma, and Apprentice Ganjier training.

At Biotech International Institute, Darrell contributes real-world experience in medicinal cannabis, cannabinoid education, community engagement, formulation awareness, and patient-centered thinking. His role helps bridge the gap between research-stage innovation and practical application, especially as BII continues developing patent-pending platforms across neurological innovation, peptide therapeutics, cannabinoid-related science, addiction recovery biology, and translational bioscience.
